Description

The MultiFlanger with 7 - 16 rollforming stations is a multi-functional machine for various uses in the HVAC ducting industry. It is designed for forming different types of seams & profiles, which are used in the manufacture of rectangular and round ducts, chimneys. The rolls are made of the highest quality case-hardened special steel and can be easily changed.
The 9 station machine has a set of Pittsburgh, Standing, Double Seam and SnapLock Seam set of rolls. Another model of Rollformer with 14-16 station has TDC & TDF + clips.

The 9 station rollformer has a following profiles the 20 x 28 x 22 x 0.9 thickness "Channel" on the one side and 20 x 9 x 1.25 thickness Flange profiles designed for fixing insulation in to the ducts with an integrated TDF or TDC profile.
