It's so diverse it can form either straight angle or hemmed angle with up to a 2" (50 mm) flange height. The Flanger is filled with operator friendly features and industrial components including the precision ID and OD truing rolls mounted onto a substantial 36 in. (915 mm) square work surface. Provides superior control over every high-perfomance function with an industrial-grade color touch screen PLC control. The Flanger allows the user to save and recall round and flat oval parameters so re-running a duplicate flange job is stress-free. This system is powerfully driven by a variable speed 10 HP (7,4 Kw) electric motor and heavy-duty gearbox. Six-inch (152.4 mm) diameter tool-steel forming rolls adjusted by 3 HP (2.2 Kw) electric motor with encoder feedback for extremely accurate positioning
